Hadstock NZ Amazing Lady
Hadstock NZ Amazing Lady is a solid white Huacaya Alpaca by Jolimont Amazing and out of Shanelle Charlotte. Through her sire she is the granddaughter of the famed Jolimont Sculptor and on her dam's side she is the granddaughter of Purrumbete Brigantine.
Amazing is one of our best females and last year gave us Aotearoa Mana, the National Reserve Champion Junior Male by Mitchell Park Gladiator. Mana was shown at the Manawatu Royal show and the National Show at Mystery Creek. In his short showing career so far he has brought home some lovely ribbons. Mana is the alpaca in the middle of our banner above. We can't wait to see how Amazing's 2008 daughter, Aotearoa Boadicea by Banksia Park Samuri grows out. Her picture is below.
We are pleased to note that Aotearoa Mana had his fleece 'Highly Commended' at the Inaugural International Fleece Show 2008. A pleasing mention when you consider the large number of entries and it being a competition open to all breeders in the world.
Aotearoa Boadicea won the Championship Ribbon for Junior Female at the 2008 Central Region Show in New Plymouth.
So far Amazing has proven, for us, our decision making process for the purchase of her, with her offspring and her fleece and we wouldn't change that decision for anything. Perhaps you'll see another of her offspring at the 2008 National Show.
